Roger Levy interview
Feb. 24th, 2004 07:00 pmIn case anyone hasn't directed their browser to the BSFA website recently, I'll be interviewing Gollancz SF author Roger Levy (author of Reckless Sleep and Dark Heavens) tomorrow night in the downstairs bar of The White Hart, 119-121 Bishopsgate, a stone's throw from Liverpool Street Station in London, kicking off at 7pm. Looking forward to seeing folks there.

Date: 2004-02-24 03:17 pm (UTC)Oh, BTW, RSFG (if you can swallow yr collective unease about attending a blatantly fantasy event) are welcome to free David Gemmell tix. I'll email Mark about it tomorrow. Guess flying saucers are out as a nibbly--do they make gummi swords & dragons, do you think?
I'm out of the country for a couple weeks but anytime after that I can hook you guys up.

Date: 2004-02-26 02:11 am (UTC)I'm sorry I couldn't make it; I had a meeting in Crossness at 1:00 with someone who thought we were meeting at 11:00 (his screwup, not mine, I'm pleased to say) so by the time we'd got round to finishing up it was 4:00. I had to crawl to junction 1A of the M25, then clockwise round the M25 and up through Bracknell to home, leaving me both knackered and too late to make it into London for the talk.
Maybe next time...
