Dream interpreter required

frandowdsofa yesterday about my vote for the Mock Turner Prize, I said "that cat will give me nightmares." Sure enough...
Last night I dreamed of being in a hotel somewhere in Africa because, curiously, I'd been asked to rid Buckingham Palace of a plague of poisonous spiders and the recommended way of doing this was to to team up with an extremely large African cat – namely, a puma. So eventually I'm locked in a room with this enormous and dangerous animal, so we can get to know each other first before going off to save Queen and Country (unusual enough in itself as I'm no Royalist).
So this puma was pacing up and down the room like the caged animal it was, and every time it walked past me it pushed against me harder. I couldn't understand the puma's behaviour – was it being friendly the same way a domesticated cat is, or was it somehow challenging me? Then gradually I could see the puma was getting more and more restless and agitated, when suddenly it spotted the very large black spider on my shoulder and went for it – at which point, needless to say, I suddenly woke up...
