Decision made

So that's it. I'm begging off Concussion at the last minute, and I feel like shit about it. This morning I woke up to more stiffness in the knee which pretty much decided it for me. I must have slept with the knee bent for too long, and it fares better if it's kept straight. Just the thought of today's trek up to Glasgow fills me with a small dread of how it will feel by the time I get there.

And as del_c can attest I now have a pile of fanzines to distribute after pulling the stops out to get this ish done in time and to pass around while there, so to many it will now have to go in the post instead.

There are many people I was looking forward very much to having a beer with, but instead I must now mentally prepare myself for a bloody long weekend on the sofa with a pile of books.

Great, on this extended hiatus from werk I intend to still do other less-strenuous fanac. And it would be a shame to miss zarabee on one of her rare trips up here.
