Photoshopping Jared Loughner

It's no big deal, but the question is not actually whether Jared Loughner's mug-shot was doctored to make him appear more sinister, but by how much, by whom and how quickly? Most obviously there's the Joker-slash added to the corner of his mouth (achieved by 'smudging'), the obvious black cut-out around his shirt, and the darkening around his eyes to add more depth to his eye sockets (done by 'burning').
