Date: 2007-11-30 12:32 pm (UTC)Anyway, great photos as ever. Whilst I own a shiny camera, I'm still a bit rubbish with it and need to practice more. Out of interest, how much do you do in the way of post-processing?

Date: 2007-11-30 01:15 pm (UTC)They all take stunning photos and so it's refreshing (read "a relief to a lazy person like me") to see that one can take superb photos without having to hammer them into shape on a computer.
And the interview was indeed superb. I was knackered that day but I'm glad I made the effort. He was lively, enthusiastic and very entertaining to watch - most of which would be lost in a transcript. It's a shame I didn't remember in the morning, so as to bring along some books to be signed. The only Banks signing I've been to was for A Song Of Stone where he remarked that I had a lovely name. :)

Date: 2007-11-30 08:20 pm (UTC)fringefaan recommended me to your journal. I love your photographs, and am adding you to my friends list. I often use images from lj friends for an online antholoogy that comes out a few times a year (with permission of course), and will probably link my flickr account to yours as well.
And I like your politics too!
