Grand Canyon! Whee!

Tell me all about it. Have read that in order to train for a hike down into the Canyon, I ought to be hiking five miles a day. Um... not so much. Think I will simply plan on going down into the Canyon for a couple of hours and then heading back up and assuming it will take me twice as long to get out again.

Mmmm. Canyon. Did you go by bus? Or rent a car? It is at moments like this that I do actually wish I could drive, but, well.
