I've never been much more than a grudging admirer of Richard Branson, although his recent exploits with Virgin Galactic are for me right on the money. You may have heard about how he recently lost a bet he'd made with Air Asia boss Tony Fernandes over the latest Formula 1 season, with the loser being forced to work as a stewardess on the other's airline. The date for schadenfreude has now been set: 21 February 2011, on a flight between London Stansted and Kuala Lumpur, and Branson is expected to work in full stewardess uniform. I confess I'm almost tempted to buy a ticket.

I'd almost be tempted as well, just to see him work in heels for the entire shift. And pantihose. Definitely pantihose.

He irritates the crap out of me to be honest, which is why seeing him crippled would be... kind of amusing.
